Materials of extruded tubes include PEBAX, PEEK, PA, TPU, PEPVC, PP, PC, FEP, PPSU, EVA, TPE, POM, PSU, PLA, PCL, ABS, PTFE，Silica, etc. Extrusion shapes include single lumen, multi-lumen,multi-channel, multi-color co-extruded, multi layer, X-ray radiopaque, thin-wall, metal-coated, micro hole tubes, etc. The tip forming includes tip tapered, end sealing, flaring, chamfer, drilling,welding (different diameters welding, different materials welding),bending forming,printing,bevel cutting, slotting etc.
Our company owns more than 1000 square meters of 10,000purification workshop and more than 1500 square meters of 100,000purification workshop,and got lS013485 quality system certificationin 2019.
