Component development and plastic-compatible design are the starting point. The next step is to create molds starting from micro injection molding area, for multi-component and film technologies as well as special processes (e.g., glass overmolding). Once all plastic parts have been manufactured, they are assembled into complex products (including purchased parts, joining processes such as gluing, ultrasound, etc.). Class 7 clean rooms with manual and automatic production lines are available for this purpose. After end-of-line testing and secure packaging, the products are sent to the customer.
