Information

Session Summary:

Discover how MGI’s open, ecosystem-driven approach is redefining next-generation multi-omics laboratories. This workshop will showcase how MGI’s new T1+ platform, together with its All-in-One (AIO) and PrepAll integrated solutions, enables fully automated, end-to-end workflows- from library preparation through sequencing readiness and data enablement. Featuring seamless integration with trusted third-party kits and real-world customer perspectives, the session will demonstrate how open-platform ecosystems reduce operational complexity, improve efficiency, and confidently scale multi-omics applications across clinical, translational, and population-level research.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand how an open, ecosystem-driven platform strategy enables flexible, interoperable, and future-ready multi-omics laboratories, reducing dependency on single-vendor workflows while supporting evolving scientific and clinical demands.

• Learn how integrated, end-to-end automation platforms enable seamless multi-omics workflows, spanning sample and library preparation, sequencing readiness, and data enablement within a unified operational framework.

• Evaluate the operational and efficiency gains achieved through integrated automation, including reduced hands-on time, improved reproducibility, and simplified laboratory workflows.

• Explore how seamless integration with trusted third-party kits expands application breadth, supporting clinical, translational, and population-scale multi-omics research.

• Gain real-world insights from customer implementations on how open-platform ecosystems help laboratories scale confidently while managing complexity, throughput, and long-term growth.
