Innovative Product Lines

1) TRUPCR®: Our flagship brand features both singlex and multiplexing RT-PCR assays for applications in cancer diagnosis, infectious diseases, human genetics, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) targets. TRUPCR®'s comprehensive syndromic testing panels support the diagnosis of respiratory, gastrointestinal, and other infectious diseases, providing tailored solutions to diverse healthcare settings.

2) TRUNGS®: Our NGS vertical includes the TRUNGS® Solid Tumor Panel, a state-of-the-art solution for detecting SNVs, Indels, CNVs, and RNA fusions across 35 marker genes and hotspots in six pharmacogenomics genes associated with solid tumors. Expanding this portfolio, we will be introducing PAN-MYELOID NGS Panel (236 genes), BRCA Plus Kit, Endometrial Cancer Panel Kit.

Global Impact

As the only Indian MDx company with a UK subsidiary—TRUPCR Europe Limited—3BDx holds ISO 13485 certification by BSI, UK. We achieved U.S. FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) in 2020 for COVID RT-PCR and supplied over 17 million COVID-19 RT-PCR tests across India during the pandemic.
