ANCHOR Infectious Disease PCR Kits

ANCHOR PCR Kits are high-speed real-time PCR-based tests designed for the amplification, detection, and quantitation of several infectious diseases human specimens in just 30 minutes. The largely CE IVD certitfied portfolio includes test systems for pathogens grouped in the transplant / immunocompromised (e.g., CMV or HSV 1/2), the respiratory (e.g., Influenza, RSV, SARS) and gastrointestinal (e.g., Norovirus) clinical application areas well as several additional assays (e.g. Monkeypox). All ANCHOR tests deliver precise quantitative viral load or qualitative results and can be performed on a broad range of PCR cyclers. The test systems are fully compatible within the same PCR run, featuring harmonized temperature profiles and intuitive, identical pipetting schemes, enabling efficient and standardized workflows. The kits contain 100-reactions, portioned into 4x 25-reaction PCR Master vials which can repeatedly be thawed and frozen.
