Information

The Zimmer Biomet ROSA® robotic-assisted platforms — including ROSA Primary Knee, ROSA Partial Knee, and ROSA Hip — are designed to bring precision, personalization, and data-driven insights to joint replacement surgeries, helping surgeons plan and execute each case with greater confidence and reproducibility. ROSA Primary Knee assists total knee arthroplasty with highly accurate bone resections, alignment guidance, soft-tissue quantification, and flexible imaging options (both image-based and imageless) to support individualized surgical planning and execution. ROSA Partial Knee extends robotic assistance to partial knee arthroplasty, using advanced 2D-to-3D imaging and real-time intraoperative data to improve bone cut accuracy and joint gap evaluation while supporting compatibility with the Persona Partial Knee implant. ROSA Hip facilitates robot-assisted direct anterior total hip replacement by helping orient acetabular components, assess leg length and offset intraoperatively, and integrate with web-based preoperative planning tools like ONE Planner Hip while fitting into surgeons’ existing workflows. All ROSA systems are part of the ZBEdge™ Dynamic Intelligence™ suite, and connect with ZBEdge® Analytics, a data platform that delivers intra-operative, mobility, and outcome insights directly to clinicians’ devices so they can objectively assess performance, benchmark decision impacts on recovery, and continuously improve care.
