Since 1961 Conf Industries has been producing and selling trolleys and containers in light alloy, steel, stainless steel and polypropylene, for a wide variety of industrial fields.
We are involved in different fields such as: textile, medical, industrial laundry and ho.re.ca. For a few years now, we’ve been leading the European market for the production of containers designed for the harvest of confidential documents.
In the early years of our manufacturing history, the production of anodised light alloy trolleys had prevailed.
Lately, in order to meet the special requests of the health system, we’ve decided to expand our production with a variety of technical furniture and logistic equipment entirely built in stainless steel.
The company has obtained a TUV ISO 9001:2000 certificate. Our R&D department design and develop customized products according to the specific requirements of the customer. We’re proud to offer a wide range of standard products, accurately described in our catalogues, in order to satisfy all requests of stocking and delivery from our most demanding clients.
Almost 90% of our production is exported, 50% of which is traded in Europe where we’ve been selling manufactured products for the past 30 years. Lately we are expanding our boundaries towards new markets: America, Middle East and Australia.
Our 15,000 square feet company headquarters based in Travagliato (BS) Italy counts today more than one hundred employees and the annual turnover stands at 15/16 M of euros.
In our manufacturing plant high skilled workers forge steel and aluminum using ultra-precise and advanced technologies such as: laser cutting machine, automatic folding machine, panel benders, welding robots with TIG and MIG system, anodizing and electropolishing plant. Our in-house manufacturing, thus developed, allow us to produce and sell directly to the final consumer without brokers or third parties.
A high-quality manufacture is our aim: every single step of the production is carefully thought and developed; starting from the raw material selection to each single step of the production we demand high quality, precision, and outstanding performance from all our suppliers and employees.
